PLOUGH SHEAR MIXER :- It is designed for heavy duty blending of both dry and wet materials. Plough shape shovels mounted on a central shaft with its pointed ends are easily penetrable through the dense powder, pasty mass. The overlapping of shovels coupled with its shape and the high speed of the ploughs produces good mixing action and high turbulence. Choppers are working in conjunction with the shovels, intensify the mixing process. They are used for dispersing lumps which are either in the original product or which forms during process.
SIGMA MIXER :- The sigma blade mixer is a commonly used mixer for high viscosity materials. SIGMA MIXER consist of "W" shaped container made of either Mild Steel or Stainless Steel 304 or 316 with jacket of Carbon Steel covering two side for heating or cooling application & dust free cover to get Vacuum if desired or normal cover. The mixing elements (Blades) are of Sigma type Steel casted and duly finished two in number which contra-rotate inward fitted at close or specified clearance with the container to give thorough and uniform mixing. There is a Gland pusher of Gun Metal Bush which ensure minimal friction and extend the life of mixing elements (Blades) Shaft.
RIBBON Mixer :- The Ribbon Mixer comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough, specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator, rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box. It is light duty blenders, useful for easy mixing powder components it is a LOW SHEAR Mixer, most commonly used for SOLID/SOLID, SOLID/LIQUID Mixing and when high shearing force is not required. Its counter flow helicoid flight mounted on shaft ensuring gentle mixing. Blades are designed for triple action mixing to suit product end characteristics. It also occupies less head room space for large volume mixing. It is used for uniformly dry mixing and blending applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, pesticides, detergents, and plastics industries.
MASS MIXER :- The Mass Mixer is designed for uniformly mixing of dry and wet material and especially suitable for powder of Pharmaceuticals, Food, Herbals, Agro Chemicals & Chemicals. The mass mixer consists of a rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box, mixing drum, stirrer and tilting device. Specially designed self adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum. The material under mixing process can be monitoring through acrylic dust cover and its controls dusting and contaminations. The tilting device is provided to make easy the unloading of the material and easy cleaning of the mixing drum.
PADDLE MIXER (SINGLE SHAFT) :- The Paddle Mixer Blender is designed for uniformly wet & dry mixing and blending technology provides the ideal environment for effectively optimum mixing a wide distribution of particle size and bulk densities without segregation of powder, granular, short fiber, moist solids and liquids together with pasty substances up to and including highly viscous masses in the pharmaceutical, chemical, herbal, cosmetic, food, pesticides, detergents, and plastics industries.
PADDLE MIXER (TWIN SHAFT) :- Paddle Style agitators are specially designed to scoop, lift and tumble materials in a gentle, but thorough mixing action. Paddle mixer consists of several elements: a centrally mounted horizontal shaft that rotates within a cylindrical container, paddles, ploughs or other shaped mixing elements that are attached to the centrally mounted shaft, special openings at the top for feeding materials, flush fitting access doors at the front of the mixer, a flush fitting discharge valve at the bottom of the mixer, which is pneumatically or manually operated, inside a cylindrical conduit and a complete drive unit.

VIBRO SHIFTER :- Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids,liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications. This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centred weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis.
HOMOGENISER MIXER :- Homogenization requires the ingredients to be processed until a uniform globule or particle size. For most products, including creams, ointments, sauces, flavoring emulsions and pharmaceutical suspensions, this requires a globule or droplet size in the range of 2 – 5 microns. The high speed rotor draws materials into the workhead where they are intensely mixed. Centrifugal force then drives the materials to the periphery of the workhead and subjects them to mechanical shear in the precision gap between the rotor and stator. This is followed by intense hydraulic shear, as the product is forced through the stator screen at high velocity and circulated back into the mix. Fresh material is continually drawn into the workhead, progressively reducing globule or particle size and quickly resulting in a homogeneous, uniform product.
HIGH SPEED DISPERSERS :- High Speed Dispersers consist of a driven vertical shaft and a high shear disk type blade. The blade rotates at up to 5000 fpm and creates a radial flow pattern within a stationary mix vessel. The blade creates a vortex that pulls in the contents of the vessel to the blade's sharp edges. The blade surfaces then mechanically tear apart solids thereby reducing their size, and at the same time dispersing them among the liquid used as the carrier fluid. High speed dispersers with open cowl disc (saw thooth) impeller for wide range of dispersion duties.Dispersion of paints,pigments & resins.dispersion of inorganic powders in water solvents.Lifting options with pnuematic or hydraulic cylinders are available.
HIGH SHEAR GRANULATOR :- The High Shear Mixer Granulator performs dry mixing & wet granulating by basic design of the special four arm of the mixing impeller and sequences of the mixing process in the cylindrical mixing drum with rounded connection to the base plate, achieve another special effect. The mixing process runs without varying pressure zone in the volume of mixing product. Separately driven multiple choppers can effectively intensify the mixing result in particular when liquid or paste components are added. During humidifying and granulating process of the products the chopper controls and regulates the granular spectrum and structure of the granules according to the product, chopper shape and time.
AGITATOR :- The agitation is achieved by movement of the heterogeneous mass(liquid-solid phase) to the impeller. This is due to mechanical agitators, to the rotation of an impeller. The bulk can be composed of different substances and the aim of the operation is to blend it or to improve the efficiency of a reaction by a better contact between reactive product. Or the bulk is already blended and the aim of agitation is to increase a heat transfer or to maintain particles in suspension to avoid any deposit.
